Prefabricated modular steel structure bridge is a mature heavy-load infrastructure solution, independently assembled from factory prefabricated steel members. The main system consists of welded H-shaped steel main girders, channel steel cross beams, angle steel stable bracings, square & rectangular tube guardrail frames, round steel connecting pieces and complete sets of matched bolt fittings. All parts are precisely manufactured in advance and shipped in bulk to the construction site, then spliced into a complete bridge via high-strength bolts without cast-in-place concrete. This type of steel bridge is widely applied to municipal overpasses, river-crossing highway passages, scenic sightseeing bridges, mine temporary transport bridges and engineering temporary access bridges around the world.
Core Raw Material Grade: Q355B high-strength structural steel; Q355NL low-temperature impact-resistant steel for cold high-latitude regions, with stable yield strength and tensile performance to meet heavy traffic load requirements.
Main Structural Components: Welded H-beam main girders, standard H-beam load-bearing members, angle steel diagonal bracings, channel steel cross beams, round pipe auxiliary supports, square & rectangular hollow section guardrail frames, round steel connecting parts and all loose installation accessories.
Precision Production Process: Numerical control cutting, automatic submerged arc welding, precision CNC drilling, overall dimension calibration and flaw detection inspection, to guarantee consistent dimensional accuracy and welding quality of every component.
The total manufacturing cycle ranges from 60 to 90 working days, counting from the date we receive your advance payment and fully confirmed construction drawings. The first batch of finished bridge steel components will be ready for shipment within 60–70 days. All structural parts are wrapped with protective cushioning and fixed with dedicated steel supports inside containers, to prevent collision deformation and surface scratch during long-distance ocean and inland transit. We can lock sea and inland transportation freight rates in advance to avoid cost fluctuations caused by rising logistics prices.

Our structural design strictly complies with a full set of international mainstream bridge engineering codes: Chinese national GB bridge specifications, Australian AS/NZS highway design standards, European Eurocode steel structure standards. We accept custom design standards submitted by customers to produce components that fully match local inspection and acceptance rules. Every finished steel member will pass multi-link inspection before delivery, with complete test documents provided together with goods.
Bill of Lading Rule: If you do not specify the delivery form of bill of lading, telex release will be arranged by default. If the consignee information on the bill of lading contains "TO ORDER", only original paper bill of lading can be issued.
Container VGM Requirement: VGM data must be submitted to the terminal before containers return to the yard; failure to submit VGM on schedule will affect container stacking and ship loading schedule.
Order Policy: Once the formal production order is issued, cancellation will not be accepted. Raw materials will be cut and processed immediately after order confirmation based on confirmed drawings.
