Prefabricated hot-dip galvanized steel structure building is a new type of modular building system, mainly composed of welded H-beam main frames, secondary beams, angle steel bracings, channel steel purlins, square & rectangular tube wall and roof supports, plus matched metal wall & roof panels. All steel parts are processed and galvanized in factory in advance, then transported to the construction site for fast bolt assembly without complex concrete pouring. Main Material Grade: Q355B / Q235B structural steel, stable mechanical property, high tensile strength

The total production cycle ranges from 60 to 90 working days counted from the date we receive your advance payment and confirmed construction drawings. The first batch of fabricated steel components will be ready for shipment within 60–70 days. All goods are packed reasonably for sea transportation to avoid deformation and scratch during long-distance ocean and inland transit. We will lock logistics freight for you in advance to evade the risk of rising shipping costs.

Our structural design complies with multiple international mainstream standards, including Chinese GB standard, Australian AS/NZS standard, European Eurocode and American AISC standard. We accept customers’ independent drawing standards for customized production. Every finished steel component will pass strict dimensional inspection, welding flaw detection and galvanizing thickness test before delivery, with complete inspection documents provided together with cargo.
Bill of lading rule: If you do not specify to issue original bill of lading, we will arrange telex release by default. If the consignee marked on B/L contains "TO ORDER", only original paper bill of lading can be issued.
VGM regulation: All containers must submit VGM data before returning to the terminal yard; delayed VGM declaration will affect port stacking and loading schedule.
Order rule: No order cancellation is accepted once the production order is issued, as all steel materials will be cut and processed according to confirmed drawings immediately after order confirmation.
