Different from traditional concrete buildings, our arched and curved steel frame system can realize column-free wide space, which perfectly meets the large area space demand of swimming pools, diving areas and spectator stands.

All steel components are produced in our standardized automated production workshop. We have obtained official ACRS certification, all steel materials, welding processes and structural calculation strictly follow AS/NZS Australian and New Zealand construction codes, fully applicable for local engineering bidding and inspection requirements. To fully satisfy overseas project owners’ quality supervision demands, we fully support third-party authorized institutions to conduct full-range NDT nondestructive testing including UT, MT, PT and RT on all weld seams before shipment, all inspection reports are internationally recognized.

Considering the long-term high humidity, water vapor and chlorine corrosion environment inside natatoriums, we adopt multi-layer anti-rust and waterproof painting system for all steel beams, columns and purlins. The surface treatment effectively avoids rust deformation and prolongs the service life of the whole building up to 50 years. The transparent polycarbonate or glass roof matching the steel frame can introduce natural daylight, greatly saving daily lighting operation cost for swimming venues.
