The manufacturing process mainly includes:

Automatic cutting: using CNC plasma cutting and other processes, with high precision (tolerance can be controlled within ± 1mm).

Automatic welding: Automatic welding processes such as submerged arc welding (SAW) are widely used to ensure stable and reliable welding quality.

Anti corrosion treatment: Depending on the usage environment, hot-dip galvanizing (with an average zinc layer thickness of ≥ 85 μ m) or multi-layer anti-corrosion systems such as epoxy zinc rich primer, epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint, polyurethane topcoat, etc. can be used. The designed service life can reach over 50 years.
