• Q355B/Q460C (GB Standard)

• ASTM A572 Gr.50 (US Standard)

Impact Toughness:

• Akv ≥47J at -20°C (EN 10025 Certified)

Anti-Corrosion Treatment:

• Hot-dip galvanizing (Average zinc coating ≥85μm, ISO 1461)

• Or: Zinc-rich epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat (Total DFT ≥220μm)

2. Manufacturing Process

Cutting Precision:

• CNC plasma cutting (Tolerance: ±1mm)

Welding Technology:

• Main welds: Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) with 100% UT inspection

• Fillet welds: Robotic welding (ISO 5817 Class B)

End Treatment:

• Milled end surfaces (Flatness ≤0.3mm/m)

3. Connection Design

Connection Methods:

• High-strength bolting (Grade 10.9, HV≥320)

• Welded end plates (Pre-fabricated grooves, site full-penetration welding)
