Introduction

Steel bridge is a type of bridge that primarily relies on steel as its load-bearing structure, namely steel structure bridge and steel bridge. Prefabricated steel bridges have been widely used around the world. The original prefabricated steel bridge was designed by British engineer Donald Bailey at the beginning of World War II in 1938.  

Steel structure bridges have significant high strength and lightweight characteristics, and high construction efficiency. The fully prefabricated assembly structure enables more precise precision control, saves costs, and meets the requirements of complex landscape shapes. It is particularly suitable for scenarios that require high structural performance and aesthetics, such as crossing rivers and urban overpasses.

The bridge in the above picture is a photo of the on-site installation of our company's Ivory Coast project, which adopts prefabricated steel structure modular installation. Meanwhile, customized steel structure bridges have many advantages.

Modular prefabrication (factory completion rate of 85%), on-site bolt connection, and single span 200 meter bridge erection cycle can be shortened to 7 days (traditional processes require 30 days), reducing traffic impact by 70%.
