Introduction
1.Conduct independent design according to the customer's requirements, or if the customer provides the drawings, the design institute of our company will proofread the drawings and communicate with the customer to determine the final version of the drawing documents and other relevant documents such as packaging, paint, etc.
2.According to the requirements of the final version of the drawings and technical documents, the purchasing department will purchase the required steel materials, welding materials, connecting pieces, paint and other materials.
3.After the raw materials arrive at the site, store the raw materials in the designated storage area. The quality inspection department will conduct incoming inspections on the raw materials, including dimensional inspection and inspection of the ex-factory certificate documents of the raw materials. After passing the inspection, carry out preliminary surface treatment.
4.Carry out material cutting work according to the design requirements and construction drawings to ensure accurate dimensions.
5.Weld the cut steel materials. There are two types of welding: robotic welding and manual welding, including welding of components and treatment of weld seams.
6.Carry out shape processing on the welded steel materials, such as cutting, punching, drilling, punching and shearing, etc.After the processing is completed, conduct dimensional measurement. After confirming that there are no problems, carry out non-destructive testing.
7.Assemble the processed components and connect them with bolts. Notify the customer to conduct a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
8.Carry out shot blasting and rust removal treatment on the steel materials, and carry out hot-dip galvanizing treatment or painting according to the customer's requirements. The painting is divided into three stages. After shot blasting treatment, apply the primer, and then apply the intermediate coat and the top coat. In order to ensure that the adhesion of the paint meets the customer's requirements, each painting process needs to be carried out after natural drying before proceeding to the next painting process. After the painting work is completed and samples are taken, conduct a grip test/Pull - out test/ Tensile test to ensure that it meets the customer's requirements.Hang the tag after the painting is completed.
9.After passing the inspection, carry out packaging work according to the relevant requirements and protect the painted surface.After the packaging is completed, a loading and unloading plan should be issued, and the lifting points should be marked to ensure the safe loading and unloading of the goods.
