Steel Structure Highway Bridge mainly adopts hot-rolled H-beams, I-beams, steel box girders, steel trusses and steel plates as primary load-bearing members. All steel components undergo precise factory processing including CNC cutting, automatic welding, drilling, shot blasting and anti-corrosion coating before delivery. Components are transported to the construction site and assembled by high-strength bolts, minimizing cast-in-place concrete operations.

For anti-corrosion protection, multiple coating systems are optional according to local climate: inland atmospheric environment, coastal high humidity and salt fog environment. When required, intumescent fire retardant coating can be applied to achieve specified fire resistance grade.
