Product Details

Structural System
The system consists of hot-rolled H-beams (columns, rafters, purlins) and cold-formed C/Z-section steels. All connections are high-strength friction-grip bolted joints (Grade 10.9) ensuring zero-weld fatigue resistance. Bracing systems (cross/X-bracing, portal rigid frames) provide lateral stability against wind and seismic forces.

Automation Interface

AS/RS Integration: Pre-drilled rail channels for stacker cranes with micron-level alignment tolerance (±1 mm over 30 m height).
Sensor & Control Ready: Embedded conduits for laser rangefinders, photoelectric sensors, and RFID antennae. Optional ground-level inductive guide paths for AGVs.
