Through factory prefabrication and on-site bolt connection technology, the construction time of traditional concrete pavement has been compressed by 60%, while also possessing excellent seismic performance and a lightweight advantage of more than 15%; The innovative steel-concrete composite beam structure achieves a maximum span of 80 meters without pier design, combined with weather resistant steel and intelligent anti-corrosion coating system (with a lifespan of ≥ 30 years), significantly reducing the maintenance cost throughout the entire life cycle. The digital pre assembly ensures that the installation error of components is controlled within 5mm, and night construction does not require a maintenance period, making it particularly suitable for complex terrain areas and rapid traffic renovation projects. It has been successfully applied in national key projects such as Jingxiong Expressway, with a comprehensive cost reduction of 12-18% compared to traditional solutions.
