Our Guoshun steel structure flue gas treatment system is a mature integrated environmental protection device specially developed for high-pollution industries including steel plants, thermal power plants, chemical factories and cement plants. Centered on the dual-tower dual-circulation core process, this system efficiently removes sulfur dioxide, dust and other harmful substances from industrial flue gas, helping enterprises stably reach strict ultra-low emission environmental requirements.
The main absorption tower, support frame, connecting pipe support and platform staircase all adopt thickened carbon steel with multi-layer anti-corrosion coating. Compared with concrete towers, steel structure equipment has obvious advantages: short construction cycle, lightweight overall structure, convenient transportation and on-site assembly, flexible disassembly and later expansion transformation. CNC precision cutting and welding are adopted for all steel components, with uniform stress distribution and strong structural stability to resist wind, vibration and long-term flue gas corrosion erosion.
Two independent absorption towers are arranged in parallel, equipped with separate circulation pump groups, spray layers and demisting layers. High-sulfur flue gas enters the first tower for primary rough desulfurization, then flows into the second tower for deep fine purification. Double-stage washing greatly improves the contact reaction time between flue gas and absorption liquid, lifting sulfur removal efficiency up to 99%. The dual-tower split operation mode also allows single-tower maintenance without full-line shutdown, minimizing production loss for customers.
This system supports synchronous desulfurization and dust removal. Built-in high-efficiency atomization nozzles and swirling flow demister can intercept fine dust particles while absorbing acidic gas. Even when the flue gas load, sulfur content and dust concentration fluctuate sharply during factory peak production, the outlet emission concentration can remain steadily below the ultra-low emission limit value, avoiding environmental supervision risks caused by unstable exhaust indexes.
