The steel structure steel beam products are made of high-strength steel (such as Q355B/Q460C, in compliance with GB/T 1591 standard), which is precisely cut (tolerance ± 1mm), welded (combined with submerged arc welding and robot welding, 100% ultrasonic testing) and treated with anti-corrosion (hot-dip galvanizing or multi-layer coating system, weather resistance of more than 50 years) through automated production lines. This product has excellent mechanical properties, with a yield strength of ≥ 355MPa and a tensile strength of 470-630MPa. It supports large-span design (up to 60 meters), meets seismic resistance requirements of 9 degrees, and reduces weight by more than 40% compared to concrete structures. The prefabrication rate of its factory is over 85%, significantly reducing the on-site construction period, and achieving rapid installation and later expansion through modular design. The product is widely used in industrial plants, commercial buildings, bridges, and subway stations, balancing safety, efficiency, energy conservation, environmental protection, and full lifecycle cost advantages.
